The AI exercise management system (AI-EMS) focuses on "intelligent technology" and "precision medical-level exercise assessment". This system adopts the exercise guidelines and prescriptions from the ACSM as the Big Data, conduct data analysis, establish the inference engine of personal optimal exercise based on knowledge ontology, and deduce personal optimal exercise training.
